Dominique Michele, owner, wellness coach, and personal trainer for Well & Fit Coaching. Dominique is committed to walking in her purpose of getting everyone up and moving to live a healthier life.

After graduating from Cal State Fullerton with her Bachelors in Kinesiology with a focus in health and fitness promotion, she went on to hold a series of positions in the health and fitness industry being a personal and a group trainer (private and public companies), assistant coach (track and field), and facilitating wellness workshops. She is currently a Health Educator for the Black Infant Health Program for the County of Riverside, where she is an experience life coach and teaches prenatal and postpartum health classes to African American women.

As of 2017 she is an accomplished author of the book I AM WELL & FIT: Wellness Tips for the "Busy Adult" From a Fit Mom. Dominique is active in the community holding her own fitness classes (online and in person), speaking at churches, and holding fun filled activities for children. She was the lead in the Physical Activity break at this years Black Breast Feeding Week Celebration as well as the Annual Association of Public Health Nurses Conference this past April.

She is very family oriented, and contributes her success to her parents who started her active lifestyle at the age of 4. Her other passions include God, music, food, movies, writing, and learning more about her African American heritage.

She lives with her loving husband and three children in Fontana, California.
